After joining Bostrom in 2013, Katie Keel, MPA, became Executive Director of the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM) recently. Her extensive experience working with professional membership associations and nonprofits will help AAAM advance its mission to eliminate road traffic injuries worldwide.

Michael Chan, Vice President at Bostrom for nearly 20 years, recently became the Executive Director of DONA International. Chan also serves as the executive director of The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) and will continue in that role. He has a wealth of experience working with nonprofits in a wide array of industries, ranging from allied health to human resources and professional services. Chan also has leadership experience in diversity organizations such as the Society of Women Engineers and the National Association of Women Business Owners, where he served as the Executive Director for the Chicago chapter.

Now in his sixth year with Bostrom, Mik Bauer was promoted to Account Executive last month and now serves as the National Association of Housing Cooperatives (NAHC) Executive Director, at its request. Bauer completed ASAE’s certificate program in Association Management at Harper College.

After joining the Bostrom team as an associate in 2015, Catherine Wilson was promoted to Content Marketing Manager last month in one of Bostrom’s fastest growing service areas. Her work to drive visibility, engagement and traffic for our client membership programs and special events has resulted in increased attendance, greater website traffic and growing social networks.


Jose Perez, Client Accounting Manager, joined Bostrom from Gold Leaf Design Group, Inc. where he was assistant controller managing finance, accounting and operations. Perez earned a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Tamara Williams joined Bostrom in February from MarketWired. As a Content Marketing Manager, Williams works with account teams to develop, execute and measure effectiveness of all content marketing initiatives. Williams graduated from Youngstown State University (Youngstown, Ohio) with a B.A. in Radio, TV and Digital Communications and The University of Akron (Akron, Ohio) with an M.A. in Communications and Public Relations.
