Bostrom Announces Leadership Additions to Support Organizational Growth

Bostrom is excited to announce new leadership positions on the Executive and Strategic Management Teams to support recent growth and the operational and strategic goals of the organization effective July 1, 2022. Promotions to the Executive Team include Bryan White, CAE as Chief Growth Officer and Kate Temple, SPHR as Chief People Officer. White will be responsible for creating new pathways to growth by optimizing current client opportunities, nurturing Account Executive talent, and monitoring future trends for new services. Temple’s role will focus on the people strategy related to building and retaining an exceptional team of professionals within Bostrom and harnessing the power of its greatest asset.

In addition to the Executive Team changes, Bostrom has expanded its Strategic Management Team, our senior leaders in charge of executing the corporate strategic plan. Account Executives Kellie Braband, Katie Keel, MPA, CAE and Jose Segarra, MNA, CAE will be promoted to Strategic Directors and Senior Account Executives. Their roles will support organizational growth in the areas of operational excellence, culture, and consulting.
