My Background
For over 25 years, I have been providing HR and Operational support to small and mid-sized organizations in a variety of industries. My background spans change management, organizational development, executive and management coaching, employee and labor relations, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, policy and procedure, budget administration, and employment law compliance. I graduated from Augustana College, and I am certified as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute.
