My Background

I bring more than 25 years of experience supporting small and mid‑sized organizations across industries, translating strategy into execution and leading day‑to‑day operations and cross‑functional work. My background includes change leadership, organizational development, executive and management coaching, performance management, and operational governance. I am a graduate of Augustana College and hold the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
