Zofia Lajer-Burcharth

As an Associate at Bostrom, I support clients across key operational areas, including membership management, certification processing, and conference and event registration. I serve as a primary point of contact for members and stakeholders, ensuring seamless and efficient customer service.

My Background

I hold a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in American Government from American University and am a member of The National Political Science Honor Society. Before joining Bostrom, I spent four years in the retail and service industry as a Barista and Team Lead, where I developed strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. I also worked as the U.S. Liaison for PhotoAid, managing photo printing and distribution operations across the United States, Canada, and Brazil.
