At Bostrom, I serve as Program Director for two incredible organizations, AASECT and NAB. I enjoy partnering with volunteer leaders and committees to develop programs that support their members and advance each organization’s mission.

For AASECT, I oversee certification, continuing education, and the educational programming for the Annual Conference, including speaker management and abstract selection. For NAB, I lead the Academic Accreditation Program, partnering with universities across the country to support accreditation and continuous quality improvement.

I love bringing people together, managing complex projects, and finding practical solutions that help organizations grow. Building strong relationships and creating meaningful experiences for members, volunteers, and stakeholders is my favorite part of the work I do.

My Background

I am a Program Director at Bostrom and a Certified Association Executive (CAE) who enjoys helping associations create meaningful education, certification, accreditation, and member experiences. Since joining Bostrom in 2023, I have grown through several roles in Operations and Education, giving me a broad perspective on what it takes to support clients and their members.

I love bringing ideas to life, solving problems, and working alongside volunteer leaders to make complex projects feel manageable. Along the way, I have led conferences, educational programs, certification initiatives, and accreditation efforts for a variety of associations.

Outside of my client work, I have been a member of Bostrom’s DEI Team for the past three years and have served as Chair for the last two, helping create opportunities that strengthen our workplace and support an inclusive culture.

I am an active member of Association Forum and ASAE and am always looking for new ways to learn, grow, and better serve the associations I work with.


