I am the Program Manager for the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM). I work closely with the planning and management of the Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) courses. In this role some of my responsibilities include membership relations, financial record maintenance, registration management, website upkeep, conference support and committee engagement.
My Background
I have over two decades of experience in customer service, including an extensive background in management, benefits determination, and administrative support. Prior to joining the Bostrom team, I spent 10 years as a Pension and Health Benefit Specialist before changing career paths and joining the world of association management. Over the past three years, I have proven to be a valuable asset in association management best practices. I received my Bachelor’s in Business Management with a concentration in Administration from the University of Phoenix (Downtown Chicago Campus).
