I have been with the Bostrom team for 5 years. I offer managerial and administrative support to the Illinois Speech-Language-Hearing Association, the Tennis Industry Association, and the Wallcoverings Association, serving as the primary contact for all three organizations. I utilize my exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to collaborate with volunteers and lead membership services.
My Background
Prior to joining the Bostrom team, I was a Logistics Associate for Total Quality Logistics where I served as a third-party representative between carriers and customers. I received my B.A. in Organizational & Leadership Communication with a minor in Civic Engagement & Responsibilities from Illinois State University.
