I serve as the Executive Director for both the Illinois Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ISHA) and the National Association of Housing Cooperatives (NAHC), leading with a focus on strategic growth, member engagement, and operational excellence. Over my nine years at Bostrom, I’ve developed deep expertise in association management, helping organizations strengthen their missions and expand their impact.
Beyond my professional life, I’m a dedicated husband to Kimme and proud new father to our daughter, Bobbie. A lifelong sports enthusiast, I draw inspiration from the teamwork and perseverance learned on the soccer pitch and football field, values that guide my approach to leadership, collaboration, and achieving shared goals.
My Background
Prior to joining the Bostrom team, I was a Logistics Associate for Total Quality Logistics where I served as a third-party representative between carriers and customers. I received my B.A. in Organizational & Leadership Communication with a minor in Civic Engagement & Responsibilities from Illinois State University.
