Relationship Building | Member Engagement | Connectedness
With nearly 15 years at Bostrom, I have supported and led a diverse portfolio of national and international clients across the scientific, professional, and trade sectors. My experience spans continuing medical education, housing cooperatives, and the construction industry. Currently, I serve as the Business Manager for the Association for the Sciences of Limnology and Oceanography (ASLO) and the National Association for Catering and Events (NACE).
I bring extensive expertise in board leadership, committee management, national certification programs, and international membership chapters. Additionally, I have a strong background in educational programming, meeting planning, and stakeholder communications. My focus is on strengthening board governance, enhancing member engagement, and effectively managing volunteers and strategic initiatives.
With a strength-based leadership approach, I guide my teams in executing client objectives and advancing organizational missions. My passion for my work drives performance and fosters collaboration among my client teams.
My Background
Prior to my tenure at Bostrom, I served as a corporate trainer with Caribou Coffee Company, where I specialized in management certification, franchise training, and employee development. I hold an Associate Degree from Tulsa Community College and am actively pursuing the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation. Additionally, I have completed ASAE’s Certificate Program in Association Management through Harper College in Illinois.

I was raised on an old country farm in a log cabin in Oklahoma. So when I’m not working, I still enjoy simple pleasures and the outdoors.
