Relationship Building | Member Engagement | Connectedness
I’ve worked at Bostrom for 10 years supporting and leading a variety of national and international clients in the scientific, professional, and trade fields. My focus has been with trade associations in both housing and construction & demolition industries. I currently serve as the Executive Director of the National Association of Housing Cooperatives (NAHC) and the Executive Director of the Society of Academic Continuing Medical Education (SACME).
I have experience leading boards, committees, consultants, certification programs, managing large international membership chapters as well as educational programming and meeting planning. I’m focused on strengthening board governance and providing effective communication with key stakeholders. Additionally, I deliver a strong emphasis on membership support, volunteer management and implementation.
I use my strength-based approach to lead my teams to execute my client’s goals and to advance their mission. My energy and passion in my strength areas fuel my performance and motivate my client teams.
My Background
Previously a corporate trainer with Caribou Coffee Company, I served the industry as a management certification instructor, franchise trainer and employee development supervisor. I earned my Associate Degree from Tulsa Community College and I am actively working to earn my Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation. I’ve successfully completed ASAE’s certificate program in Association Management for continuing education at Harper College in Illinois.
I’m a member of the American Society of Association Executives, Association Forum of Chicago and the Human Rights Campaign.

I was raised on an old country farm in a log cabin in Oklahoma. So when I’m not working, I still enjoy simple pleasures and the outdoors.
