I am a Program Director

I joined Bostrom in early 2023 and bring ten years of association management experience. As Program Director, I work with associations’ members and leadership to achieve their goals, whether registering for conferences, rethinking membership renewal strategies, or reconciling the end-of-the-month with our Accounts team. I am helping transition newer clients to Bostrom, which means learning how the associations currently operate and presenting recommendations on how I can help enhance or streamline those processes.

My Background

Before association management, I worked in upscale boutique hotels, managing operations in the front of the house. Part of the job required visiting sister hotels in other cities to train the Front Desk, In Room Dining, and Valet teams for its grand opening. Over two weeks, we would have a service standard boot camp that covered the tenets of care and service in a posh place.

After the hotel industry, I pursued my bachelor’s degree from DePaul University in Business Administration. During this time, I also started working at another association management company which was my foray into the industry. After seven years, I joined a standalone association as Membership Manager and integrated more streamlined and automated processes into the department.

At heart, I knew the association management universe was where I wanted to be and was welcomed by Bostrom as Program Manager.
