Lisa Longfellow

I am a program director for one of Bostrom’s largest and longest-serving clients. In this role, I provide customer service as well as technical support for its national continuing education (CE) registry, the first of its kind for the senior living and health services industry. Additional responsibilities include solving systems issues that arise with the online verification system, and providing technical support to the continuing education online program/portal.

My Background

I have a background as a data operations professional, being responsible for the day to day data accuracy of an audience measurement platform, software testing, and technical documentation. I also performed data analysis, including media buying decisions, for various Fortune 500 companies. My association experience includes working in the development arena for a local chapter of a national non-profit organization.
