Hello! I’m John Lin, Director of Information Technology at Bostrom. I lead technology strategy and operations and support at Bostrom, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals. I also manage IT services for our association clients, helping them solve challenges efficiently and proactively, with a strong focus on usability and making technology approachable for end users.

My Background

With over 15 years at Bostrom, I’ve been involved in nearly every aspect of association technology support, ranging from day-to-day user support to complex system implementations and strategic initiatives. I enjoy fully understanding the scope of projects and working to implement technology that works for our users. I earned my BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
