Ivana Brigneti

I am a bilingual associate on the DONA International team. I provide administrative and customer support to our client and its members, helping guide them through the doula certification process. I also work with doula trainers to ensure a smooth workshop experience.

My Background

I attended DePaul University to study political science. Prior to joining Bostrom, I worked directly with participants of the Housing Choice Voucher program by administering their recertifications following CHA policy. I have years of customer service experience, having worked as a server and hostess for various restaurants, as well as a catering assistant for university events. I’ve also spent a lot of time working with children and families as a nanny, and as a team member of before/after school programs for elementary schools.

I have been a big sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters for the past three years and spent many of my college years as a tutor volunteer for SEA Literacy.
