Hello! I’m 
Heidi Lapka, MS

Since joining Bostrom in 2004, I have worked for numerous clients in various capacities, including operations, governance, marketing and communications, and meeting management. I currently serve as Director of Operations for the Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA). My primary responsibilities include fiduciary oversight; overseeing the organization’s operations and resources; overseeing client support services teams; and implementing and revising operational policies and guidelines for the organization.

My Background

Prior to joining the Bostrom team, I worked as a communications specialist for the Airline Pilots Association (ALPA), supporting communications to the United pilots.
