As the Director of Client Operations at Bostrom, I am dedicated to enhancing organizational performance by fostering seamless communication and collaboration across all functional areas. My primary focus is on leading the successful implementation of strategic initiatives, overseeing key projects, and ensuring milestones are achieved in alignment with the company’s overarching objectives. I am passionate about streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency, while ensuring that all teams are well-informed, engaged, and fully equipped with the necessary tools and information to excel. Additionally, I am proud to contribute as a member of the Bostrom Business Development team. With prior experience as a Bostrom meeting manager from 2016-2022, I am excited to return to the team in this expanded capacity.
My Background
Before rejoining Bostrom, I spent 2 ½ years as a Senior Event Manager for a prominent accounting firm, where I gained invaluable experience in managing complex events. Prior to that, I was a Meetings and Program Manager at Bostrom, where I provided comprehensive meeting management, certification, and program services to multiple clients. My career also includes experience with a standalone association, a major hotel chain, and managing catering services for large-scale exhibitions. At my core, I am a driven meeting planner, and I am eager to leverage the knowledge and expertise I’ve gained to make a significant impact on the Bostrom team. I am also a proud Michigan State alumni – Go Green!

You wouldn’t know if you didn’t ask!
At CMA Fest in Nashville, my sisters and I were enjoying mimosas when we rushed to help a child who had fallen off his seat at Honky Tonk Central. When we turned around, we realized it was Chris Kirkpatrick from NSYNC sitting behind us with his family. After some deliberation, we decided to ask the band to play Bye Bye Bye. To our surprise, he jumped up, grabbed the mic, and gave an impromptu performance at 10 a.m. on a Friday. Definitely a core memory for this ’90s kid!
