I am currently supporting the NAB team by providing customer service and administrative support. My priority is to ensure I deliver great customer service so that our clients and our members feel well supported and will have a smooth process with their Continuing Education.

My Background

Prior to joining the Bostrom team, I have worked in many customer service positions. I was (and still am!) a Social Media Manager for a small business around the Northern Virginia area called Ingle Korean Steakhouse. I have also done a lot of administrative support at Global Giving, a non-profit located in Washington, D.C. I attended George Mason University and received by BS in Information Systems and Operations Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
