Hello! I’m
Dede Gish-Panjada, MBA
I am a Consultant at Bostrom
Organizational Change Agent | Association Executive | Trend Watcher
My Background
I recently retired from Bostrom as Chief Consultant after leading its consulting division since 2017. While at Bostrom, I led several consulting engagements ranging from complex organizational assessments, analyzing and revitalizing associations’ business models (using Strategyzer’ s Business Model Generation), to identifying opportunities for revenue diversification and generation, and providing leadership development and governance best practices coaching.
Prior to joining Bostrom, I led the association management division of an association management company (AMC) and a team of 35 staff. I received my master’s in business administration from the University of Kansas with a concentration in organizational change and development and strategic planning. I earned my bachelor’s degree in social work from Avila University in Kansas City, MO. I am a member of the American Society of Association Executives, Association Forum of Chicagoland, the Kansas City Society of Association Executives (KCSAE), and Past Chair of the AMC Institute Board of Directors, the national trade association and accrediting body for association management companies (AMCs).
