Role at Bostrom

As President, Randy leads Bostrom’s senior management team in strategic and business development and as senior advisor to client association boards. He also is President and CEO of the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB).

Background

Randy is a highly experienced association executive and business manager with more than 35 years of experience managing both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He is a nationally recognized expert on professional regulation and credentialing, and is actively involved in shaping health care policy. He has managed the development and implementation of startup and ongoing credentialing programs including academic and continuing education accreditation, licensure and certification. Randy also serves on numerous boards and advisory groups and is a former member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Board of Directors.

Randy earned his Master’s degree in health services administration from George Washington University. He received a B.A. degree from the University of Northern Iowa. He earned his Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) in 1993.
