Bostrom is a leading professional services firm providing management, outsourcing and consulting to trade associations and professional societies. Today, Ken Monroe, Bostrom CEO announced that Dede Gish-Panjada, MBA, a thirty-year veteran of the association management industry, will join Bostrom’s senior management team and lead its Consulting division.
“Dede has had a rich track record in providing excellent client experience and association growth, and will lead our clients and new consulting customers through engagements that result in definitive outcomes for success,” said Monroe. “After a rigorous search for this role we are thrilled to bring Dede on board. Her demonstrated ability to identify and satisfy the needs of client Boards and CEOs, and her deep understanding of the industry, made her uniquely qualified and the ideal candidate to oversee and drive the delivery of valuable services and solutions to our global client base.”
Dede is a corporate culture change agent, critical thinker and problem solver. She is skilled in facilitating and leading key staff and volunteer leaders through the challenging processes of organizational change, strategic planning, business modeling, and growth development. As Senior Vice President of an Association Management Company (AMC) for more than 25 years, Dede has led complex, non-profit organizations at the national and international level in a variety of industries from professional services and higher education to health care. Dede served on the Executive Committee of the AMC Institute for 5 years and as the AMCI Chair in 2013 and 2014.
“I have seen how rapid and continuous changes require associations to adapt how they operate internally and simultaneously meet the diverse needs of members, customers and stakeholders,” said Gish-Panjada. “I’ve long been a fan of Bostrom and its Consulting practice that works collaboratively with volunteer leaders, CEOs and staff to apply strategies that positively impact the organization’s future. Our approach allows us to deliver flexible solutions that transform not-for-profit organizations, develop their staff and communicate their value.”
As one of very few companies that provide both full service staffing as well as formal, dedicated consulting services, Bostrom brings a synergy to both service areas that creates increased insight into client needs and innovative problem solving. As part of Bostrom’s agile process of renewal on behalf of the association community, and carefully listening to senior leaders of associations, Bostrom will offer new products in the consulting arena that address these challenges–organizational performance assessment, revenue diversification, business and growth modeling and human capital development.
