Account Executive

Role at Bostrom

Michelle Grachek is the Account Executive for the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB). She primarily manages the National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) and related responsibilities with this program.  She also serves as the staff facilitator for the association’s Continuing Education Committee as well as the NCERS Forum. Additional responsibilities include assistance with the organization’s launch of the Administrator in Training (AIT)/Preceptor initiative, the Health Services Executive (HSE) initiative, customer service needs, and providing assistance to the NAB Deputy Director for both the Annual and Mid-Year meeting logistics.


Michelle is a former public school teacher and comes to Bostrom with over 10 years of experience in the fields of education, business operations, and project management, both in the educational and the professional membership association environments. Prior to joining Bostrom, Michelle was the Director of Operations with the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) where she managed financial reporting/budgeting, provided office service staff support, and managed conference logistics. She also served as the staff liaison to the Bylaws, Education, Nominating, and the Academy of the Long Term Care Leadership and Development committees.

Michelle earned her Masters (M.Ed.) as well as her Bachelor of Arts in Education with a concentration in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from Clemson University. She earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) in 2019.
