Role at Bostrom
Lisa is a program manager for one of Bostrom’s largest and longest-serving clients. In this role, Lisa provides customer service as well as technical support for its national continuing education (CE) registry, the first of its kind for the senior living and health services industry. Additional responsibilities include solving systems issues that arise with the online verification system, and providing technical support to the continuing education online program/portal. Lisa’s background in data management and integrity makes her a perfect fit for this role. As a member of Bostrom’s Consulting division, Lisa applies her wealth of knowledge in data analytics to many of the client and stand-alone association and non-profit organizations that Bostrom serves through this division.
Lisa has a background as a data operations professional where she was responsible for the day to day data accuracy of an audience measurement platform. She has also performed data analysis, including media buying decisions, for various Fortune 500 companies. Her association experience includes working in the development arena for a local chapter of a national non-profit organization.
