With more than 15 years’ combined experience in the fields of Association Management and User Experience (UX), Libby thrives on creating customized solutions that blend client/member needs and experiences with solid business objectives for Bostrom and the clients we serve.


Prior to her time at Bostrom, Libby served as Operations Manager for Centralis, a User Experience firm dedicated to making products and software easier to use. She has a vast professional background which includes experience in customer service, education, meeting planning, acting, voice-over, human resources, and marketing. Libby earned her Bachelor’s degree from Millikin University and her Master’s degree from Western Illinois University
