Role at Bostrom
Kate brings several years of association meeting management and event planning experience to the Bostrom team. Serving as the associate on several client events, she applies her creativity, organization skills, and client-first mindset to her day-to-day work at Bostrom.
Kate has experience handling conference logistics including speaker and registration management; coordinating timeline; and producing event materials. As clients have shifted to virtual events, she has also played a large role in coordinating these transitions which has given her a wide knowledge of virtual event platforms, technology troubleshooting, and virtual program logistics.
Prior to joining Bostrom, Kate began her career at a large retail corporation working in the Visual Marketing department. She later transitioned into meeting planning for a mathematics association. With a Hospitality Management degree from Ohio State University, Kate is familiar with all components of conference production and customer service. Kate is originally from Columbus, OH but now calls Washington, DC home. Kate is also a proud member of the American Society of Association Executives.
