Role at Bostrom
In her role as Program Manager for the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM), Crystal manages the planning and implementation of AAAM’s AIS training courses on an international scale. In addition to managing the AIS courses, Crystal also assists with AAAM’s membership needs, technology implementation, conference planning, and marketing initiatives.
Crystal has an extensive background in non-profit management having worked with trade associations, religious organizations, membership and education associations and association management companies. Her experience in non-profit project management helps her to manage the fluid needs of the association, evaluate risks and present a variety of creative solutions to unique challenges. Crystal’s passion for non-profit management comes through in her dedication to serving her client and the membership.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management Communication from Concordia University-Mequon and her Master’s degree from Ball State University in Executive Development for Public Service with a minor in Adult and Community Education. Crystal also holds her PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and her CAE certification from the American Society of Association Executives.
