This is a unique opportunity to learn about multiple associations as the Receptionist for our DC Office, while providing dedicated administrative and membership services as the Associate for a specific client association.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone for multiple client associations to connect them to the appropriate staff member or fulfill requests for information.
  • Provide administrative support and membership services to the client association assigned to you, including phone and written communications, clerical duties, and event prep and set up, as assigned.
  • Travel required, once a year.

Major Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred and 0-3 years of office experience required. Excellent verbal and phone communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills tailored to the setting, the individuals involved, and result in the desired outcome. Approach challenges with a positive, “can do” attitude; function effectively under pressure.
