Summary

Bostrom seeks a Program Manager to manage the logistics of a client’s educational program. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations or program logistics, with a passion and skill for planning, organizing, controlling and implementing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute the logistics of the educational program, which offers classroom courses around the world, online training and resources, and licensed publications.

  • Coordinate faculty
  • Facilitate agreements
  • Ensure the delivery of course materials
  • Maintain the Learning Management System
  • Support license management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3 – 5 years of Association Management experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Operations or program logistics experience is required; experience coordinating educational programs, preferably for an association, as well as experience working in healthcare is strongly preferred.
