ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT

Our overall objective in any organizational assessment is to enhance an association’s operational capabilities and structure in order to add member value and drive future success. Our approach includes:

  • Forming an integrated Bostrom/client Project Liaison Team ( PLT) to set project protocols. Bostrom Consulting could conduct on-site and telephone interviews with key association staff and selected volunteer leaders.
  • Research results are then shared, including preliminary recommendations, with the PLT and brainstorm actionable operational recommendations for Board consideration.
  • Anticipated end results from our work include actionable operational recommendations in accounting, finance, communications, facility operations, human resources, IT, marketing, strategy and management practice for the association’s designated business functions.
