Our overall objective in any organizational assessment is to enhance an association’s operational capabilities and structure in order to add member value and drive future success. Our approach includes:
- Forming an integrated Bostrom/client Project Liaison Team ( PLT) to set project protocols. Bostrom Consulting could conduct on-site and telephone interviews with key association staff and selected volunteer leaders.
- Research results are then shared, including preliminary recommendations, with the PLT and brainstorm actionable operational recommendations for Board consideration.
- Anticipated end results from our work include actionable operational recommendations in accounting, finance, communications, facility operations, human resources, IT, marketing, strategy and management practice for the association’s designated business functions.
