New leadership roles position professional services firm for further growth
CHICAGO, IL December 9, 2004 –Bostrom Corporation announced today that effective January 1, 2005 Ken Monroe will become Chairman of the Board of Directors retaining his position of Chief Executive Officer and Randy Lindner will become President while retaining his position of Chief Operating Officer. The transition of these roles is designed to capitalize on Bostrom’s growth opportunities while maintaining its industry-leading, personalized client service approach.
Under the new leadership structure approved by the Bostrom Board of Directors, Monroe will be responsible for business development and growth strategies and Lindner will be responsible for client relationships and the operational management of the firm.
These changes are designed to advance Bostrom’s growth strategy, adopted soon after Monroe became CEO, which capitalized on the company’s strong brand and the broad expertise of its employees. “Personalized service is Bostrom’s hallmark,” said Lindner. “Ken’s focus on business development and strategy paired with my focus on operations and client relationship building will enable us to meet our goals and continue to ‘wow’ clients with extraordinary service.”
