Carole Rogin - Vice President

Carole RoginCarole founded Clarion Management Resources in 1992, acquired by Bostrom in January of 2007,  after having worked for many years in the association management arena. In her role as vice president Carole is actively involved with the firm’s clients, providing input into client programs and projects, offering advice to leaders on strategy and direction, and shaping the structure and policies that will achieve the objectives of the organization.

Over the course of her career, Carole has served as the senior staff executive for more than 20 organizations in a broad range of businesses and industries, including healthcare, for-profit childcare centers, medical device manufacturing, home video distribution, state government relations, international trade, manufacturing, and wireless communications. She offers special expertise in the areas of industrial market development and crisis management and communications. She is the author of a chapter in When Lightning Strikes: A How-To Crisis Manual With Classic Case Studies, the first authoritative book explaining the principles of crisis management and offering detailed case studies on how real crises have been managed.

Carole holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, as well as a master’s degree from The George Washington University. She is active as a leader in the association management industry, having served on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Association Management Companies, on the Association Management Company Council of the American Society of Association Executives, and as a member of the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives. She has also served as chair of the Associations Council of the National Association of Manufacturers. In addition, Carole serves on the Heart Leadership Council of the Washington Hospital Center, is a member of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce, and is a former vice president of the Alexandria Olympic Boys & Girls Club.
