Randy Lindner, CAE - President
Randy Lindner is president of Bostrom. Lindner is a highly experienced association executive and business manager with 25 years experience managing both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He is a nationally recognized expert on professional regulation and credentialing, and is actively involved in shaping health care policy. He has managed the development and implementation of startup and ongoing credentialing programs including academic and continuing education accreditation, licensure and certification.
Lindner joined Bostrom in 1978. During his 26-year tenure at Bostrom, he has served in a variety of capacities for the company. He has managed operations in Monterey, Calif. and Washington, D.C., and has served as executive director for associations in the edible oils, hospitality, wine and home automation industries. Currently, he is responsible for all Bostrom operations and is the executive director of the National Association of Boards of Examiners of Long Term Care Administrators (NAB). Prior to his recent appointment to president, Lindner served as executive vice president and COO.
Lindner earned his Master’s degree in health services administration from George Washington University. He received a B.A. degree from the University of Northern Iowa. He earned his Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) in 1993.
